Can the title company draw up a quit claim deed or do you need an attorney?

The purchase of the house with boyfirend and only him? sull'ipoteca but we both contribute equally to the house and will be co-owners. Our mortgage broker said that it would be easy to write more? 1 / 2 the property? me right after the close so I was on the license. Now the title company says that we need a lawyer to draw a legal document. Advice / experience?
